2011 Trip To Sturgeon-Weir River-Pawistik Lodge

The following photos were taken of my first trip to Pawistik Lodge in September of 2011.

                               A nice ride down a rough bush trail lead us to the area we
                                 started out on the river in one of boats

                                  We had a wonderful trip down the river

                                     A lot of differences of the terrain along the way

                                  Here we had arrived at Scoop Rapids

                                       A very rocky river bed

                                  There had been a bit of fire on the bank across the river

                                   This is our boat we left to portage to the Rapids

                                    We spent a couple of hours of pure pleasure enjoying the
                                     overcast day and watching how the pelicans go fishing.
